Hello
I'll be driving from Zurich airport (rental car) to Interlaken and I'm trying to find out the cost of the road toll.
Normally,
http://www.viamichelin.co.uk/
will show the expected costs for a European country, but for some reason, it shows 0 Euros for the trip.
Can someone help guide me on the estimated cost? I'm assuming I purchase the toll from a both at each appropriate road section?
Thanks
Bahrain

Hi Bahrain,
In Switzerland a motorway vignette is required to use motorways, they don't use toll booths. Information can be found on
this page
, including a Map of Switzerland with the roads requiring the motorway vignette.
You don't need a vignette as long as you don't use motorways, but going from Zürich to Interlaken that wouldn't be the best choice, I guess.
Ask about the vignette when you rent a car. I don't know whether this is always included in the price of renting a car.
Enjoy your stay!

Thank you for this information - I will check with the car hire company.
Looking at the route on Google Earth, it seems we'll pass by some stunning scenery (and a few tunnels)!
