    Hi nany114,

The boat is fully covered so you don’t need a ticket. Please download the network map from the Swiss Pass page for all details. The Harder Kulm is opened from about April to October only.

    Hi again,

    sorry to bother you ..
    Need to ask

    1) Does the flexi saver pass cover for Zoo Zurich fees? or it has discount on that?. Have checked in the benefits of this pass but it did not mentioned bout the zoo. I just want to confirm it.:-)
    2) We will arrive at Zurich airport on 1215 pm on 26th Nov. Thus, we want to have a short trip tour in Zurich with our small kids and planned to leave the luggage in the main railway station HB Zurich. Is that possibble to do so?. Please advise.

    Thank you

    Hi May,

The offer is not available for traveling in December. Please see this page for the regular Swiss Pass, what’s covered (Zurich airport – Lucerne is covered), and purchase options.

    Hi nany114,

    No problem!

    1) No, the Zoo is not included.
    2) There are lockers and a manned luggage facility as well.

    Hi nany114,

Please see the message to Gary for how to fill it out. Should you still doubt about what to fill out, I would advice to ask your reseller as I don’t know what exactly you received.

    Hi again,

Thank you for your kind help. I have done with the tickets. Another questions here is :
    1) I don’t get the family travel card for my 3 small kids. Where can I get that card?. Is that available at Airport Train station or Zurich HB station?
    2) Can we start using the flexi saver pass at the Airport Train Station?

    Thank you

    Hello nany114,

    1) You can get it at most rail stations, including the ones you mentioned.
    2) Yes, you can.

    Hi,

I have heard that if we go during the low / off-season, we can upgrade our pass from 2nd class to1st class?.

    Is that true?

    Thanks

Hi nany114. Such an offer has existed once, but as far as we know there’s no such promotion available now. So you can either buy a regular 1st class pass or buy a 2nd class pass plus some upgrade tickets for journeys you’d like to make in 1st class.
