    Hi,

I am Sunny, planning to travel to Switzerland n western Europe incoming April end. As I was working on the itinerary, there seems to be a much confusion regarding Swiss pass and excursions .

    I have 3 questions

    1. Where to stay Engelberg or Lucerne as I will be reaching Zurich from Paris (train) and from Zurich to eng or Lucerne.

    2. Cheapest way to travel Mt. titlis (with all activities without ski) and to Jungfrau.

    3. Have 3 nights in Switzerland(I knows it’s very less) any thing should be must visited and decent accommodations..

    Ay revert much appreciated

    Sunny.

    Hi Sunny, welcome to MySwissAlps!

The rail pass is called Swiss Travel Pass. A Swiss Pass is for Swiss citizens only, so that might be the reason you were confused. You’ll find all details on the Swiss Travel Pass page.

    1. If you only have 3 nights I’d recommend Lucerne, as it’s a central base with things to do regardless of the weather.

    2. This depends on all of your travel plans combined. Please see here for how to find the cheapest rail pass.

    3. Please see “What to do” and “Where to sleep” in the main menu, and also the trip planning page.
