Your plan is fine, although personally I would skip the Jungfraujoch trip. It takes more than 4 hours just to get there from Lucerne. But of course it’s up to you if you’re fine with such a long day.
As for the rail pass: either a 4-day Swiss Travel Pass, or a Swiss Half Fare Card suits your plans. Please see the links for full details, and this page helps you choose.

It absolutely is. Do make sure you do this during good weather only, to prevent you’ll end up in a cloud and see nothing.

Hi
In Lucerne, do not forget to visit transport museum, life tome experience.
You can even cover Mount Pilatus on 1st day itself, not very far, provide weather is good.
3rd day-lucerne to interlaken train journey , explore interlaken & come back to lucerne in the evening.
4th day after covering rigi mountain , you can move to Zurich, since your flight ids at 8 PM & journey from lucerne to zurich is less than only 2hours, you can start latest by 3 PM from Lucerne.
Hope these tips are of your use.
