Another question that came in my mind… What is the best place to exchange euros to francs? Some restaurants in Jungfrau Region and my hotel ask only for cash. And, if you know, is tap water in Lauterbrunnen drinkable or we will have to buy bottles from supermarket?

I usually just get francs from the ATM. Changing cash is likely more expensive. This thread might interest you. Do you know why your hotel wants cash? Normally they accept anything, and credit/debit cards are common.

All Swiss tab water is drinkable. It’s a good way to save money and minimize your CO2 footprint.
