    hello
I will go to Swissland for a trip next week. I will departure from Milan–Chiasso–Lugano–Luzern the first day. I want to buy the swiss half fare card valid for 1 month. My question is can I buy the swiss half fare card in Milan? And where can I buy? in your agence in Milan, where? If I can not buy in Milan, can I buy the the swiss half fare card in chiasso ? And where, in the chiasso railway station or some other place? And when I buy the half fare card, do I have to provid some certification the passport the picture or some other things?
    best regards
    thank you

    Hi cuitao,

The Swiss Half Fare Card is not for sale in Milan. You can get it online and have it delivered to your home address or an address in Italy or Switzerland (e.g. your hotel). You can also get it at any manned Swiss rail station during opening hours. That includes Chiasso, but you would have to get off the train and wait for the next one, so arranging for it in advance is easier in your case. Further details are on the Swiss Half Fare Card page.

    Enjoy your stay!

Sure, as long as you complete the entire journey that day, it’s no problem to get off along the way.
