    Hello,

We have decided to wait until we get to Switzerland to buy rail pass but would like to know if we can buy it at Brienz station?

Thank you, Annette & Bob Lawrence

    Hello Annette and Bob,

Yes, you can buy it there. Please see all purchase options here at the Regional-Pass page. Note that opening hours of the staffed ticket desk (which you’ll need to get the pass locally) is limited in Brienz, so you may want to check details on sbb.ch. I think it opens around 8 AM but it may be closed again around lunch time and then again by late afternoon/early evening.

Enjoy your stay in the Oberland! Don’t forget a trip to the Brienzer Rothorn.
