Greetings! Sorry if this post came up twice, I’m not sure if the first one went through as I had a cut off in connection halfway.

Anyway, suppose I bought an individual ticket LUZERN – INTERLAKEN OST via LANGNAU – BERN. Am I allowed to hop off at intermediary stations (Langnau, Bern) to walk around and only hop on a later train to continue my journey to the end destination (Interlaken Ost) within the same day?

Yes…. point-to-point tickets are valid for the DATE for which you buy them and not for any specific train. So you can surely hop trains.
