Cancellation of Swiss Half Fare Card

    I purchased Swiss Half Fare Card online from SBB site. Now my visit to Switzerland is cancelled the Half Card is not utilized. Is it possible to cancel the card and get the refund ? Pl let me know what procedure is to be followed.

    Hi bhatws1,

    I’m sorry to hear your trip was cancelled! I hope you can make new plans in the near future!

    If you bought the rail pass on the domestic sbb.ch website you should contact them to cancel the Swiss Half Fare Card. They have contact details on the bottom of their web page here. I believe there is a 10 or 15% cancellation fee. If you bought via their tourist webshop you’ll find contact details here.
