Change day of ticket saver

    Hello everyone, I have three roundtrip tickets savers Bern-Basel on July 22. However, I want to change the day from July 22 to July 21. What can I do? Thank you for your help!

    Hello Domique! Which reseller did you buy your tickets from? You can best contact them directly to find out what to do. Resellers we work with are listed at our partners page. In case you ordered from the SBB, you can use their contact form.

    Hello,
    I bought these etickets online. I understand that it is almost impossible to change the day for such tickets. Yet I always hope a small chance for that. Or, I am ready to sell these tickets at 50% discount.
