There is a start. When are you going to Mürren Gimmelwald? In the winter months, the cows are in barns.

Slow season. Low season between winter skiing and summer. Trails may be muddy, icy, or snowy or clear. Some cable ways – such as Wengen to Männlichen will be running only sporadically, on weekends if there is still decent skiing – if at all. Full speed ahead after June 15. I checked May 19th…that one is not running.
Many hotels and restaurants are closed then or in the weeks immediately after.

I am sure that you are right. Just wanted to make sure that you were aware of the “between seasons” time of your visit.
