Lake Thun swimming and kayaking?

    Hi,

    We are staying near the beautiful lake thun during our 10 days stay in Interlaken west.

    We are fond of swimming, so want to know if we can swim in Lake thun?

    Are there any spots near the lake where there are facilities like changing room etc. I had heard that local authorities look after such spots and maintain them.

    How to find such places/spots? what are the charges?

    I hope it is an allowed activity?

    do we get kayak on hire as well?

    It may be a bit cold depending on when you arrive but there are a lot of swimming options – check here.

    There are also options for kayak rentals here.
