    Hi,

We bought a Swiss travel Pass ,2nd class, for two adults for 15 continuous days. We want to travel from Luzern to Interlaken Oost on 22.08.2014 and from Interlaken Oost to Montreux(via Zweisimmen) on 24.08.2015. Do we need seats reservation?

Actually we started with the first distance Luzern to Interlaken and we got 1st class seats. But we have a 2nd class Swiss Travel Pass. It is ok?

Do we have to make reservation also for Interlaken-Zweisimmen and Zweisimmen to Montreux?

    thank you for helping us!

    Willow

    Hi Willow,

You don’t need reservations. Please see the Golden Pass page for details.

Do you already have 1st class reservations for Luzern to Interlaken? You can’t use those with a 2nd class Swiss Travel Pass. In order to use them, you need upgrade tickets from 2nd to 1st class for that trip. You can buy them at the rail station in Luzern.

Thank you for the prompt answer.

if no reservation needed,we shall not use the 1st class seats reservation ,and we”ll go in 2nd class wagon .I think is correct.
