    Hi,

Can I ask where is the exact location or at least which floor is the ticket office to validate the Swiss Flexi Saver Pass? Will it be the same floor as arrival, the shopping floor or the floor where the trains actually stop at?

    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Nicky

    Hi Nicky,

That depends on the rail station. If you follow the blue signs to the train ticket counter it should be very easy to find.

Hi Arno, Thanks. I realized I did not put the name of the station. I am referring to Zurich Airport.

    Hi Nicky,

Here’s a list of station plans. Zurich airport is not listed there, but the ticket office is easy to find. It’s all indoors and one level above the train platforms.

    Hi,
I will arrive at Basel from Freiburg. Is there office to validate the Swiss saver 8 days pass at Basel railway? If there is, what time does it close?

    Hi xiaob,

Yes there is. It will only take a minute. The crew of the train from Freiburg can most probably validate your pass as well.
