In August I will be staying in Wengen. While there I would like to visit the Trift Bridge in the Grimselwelt area. Having looked at the web-site it indicates that it is a 90 minute hike from the cable car station to the bridge. Is this trip possible in a day and how easy/difficult is the hike. .

    Hi Jayjay,

You can do this in a day if you start early enough. You’ll find some additional details in this thread. There is a shorter but more difficult (and risky) path, and a longer but easier trail. To find out how to get there, fill out bus stop “Nessental, Triftbahn” as your destination in the timetable. A map of the area is here.

    Hi Udayaditya,

Please post your question in a new topic, as it’s not related to Jayjay’s original question on the Trift bridge.
