My husband and I are considering bringing our two grandchildren (ages 10 and 12) to Switzerland next summer. Can the four of us travel on a Swiss Saver Pass? Their parents will be back in the U.S.
    Thanks!

Hello Lovestravel, and welcome! The STS Family Card that comes along with a Swiss Saver Pass is only valid for children traveling along with their parents (not grandparents). However, there’s a relatively cheap alternative: the Grandchild travelcard. It costs only CHF 30,- per child and allows children to travel for free with their grandparents during one year. Does that suit your needs?

    Best regards,

    Hi Annika,
Thanks so much. I had no idea that this card existed.

    Best regards,

    Diane
