Hardergrat trail

    Hardergrat Trail over Interlaken. 15 miles of up and down is certainly doable in a day. But constantly on the edge of a ridge? Any comments, suggestions? Should we attempt it, or is there a better all day hike around Interlaken?

    Hi iplasticpi,

    I haven’t done this one myself, but I do know that the ridge is partly forested so it’s pretty varying. And the views must be amazing. There are some pictures on wandersite.ch. This trail is only for good, dry weather without much wind. And it’s for surefooted hikers without a fear of heights.
