    Hi,

We’ll be travelling to Switzerland in Mid March and have purchased the Swiss Pass.
I was reading that we can avail discounts on guided tours but I’m not sure if these need to be booked in advance.

Can we book these tours while we are in Switzerland (on the spot or a day in advance maybe) and avail the discounts offered along with the Swiss pass? If yes, where can we book them from in Zurich?

Hi Varuna23. The Swiss Pass offers discounts on guided city tours. Some of them can be booked online, such as this one in Zurich. However, not all online booking systems allow customers to indicate that they have a Swiss Pass. Alternatively, you can book on the spot at the local tourist centre of each town and show your Swiss Pass. Mid March isn’t high season, so in most cases the tour won’t be fully booked if you arrange for it about one day in advance.
