>How To Reach to Jungfraujoch from Camping Jungfrau ?<
Drive your car (or walk, easy) to Lauterbrunnen. Then take the train from Lauterbrunnen up to Jungfraujoch.

Know that it is rather expensive to get there

SORRY MY TWO COMMENTS BELOW APPLY TO CAMPING BREITHORN, not Camping Jungfrau! Camping Breithorn is half way down the valley from Lauterbrunnen towards Stechelberg. But I will leave them in as there is still a lot of relevance!
If you don’t want to walk which I think could take you up to half an hour there is a bus service in both directions which is usually half hourly and always on time. You can use it to go to and from Lauterbrunnen station where you can book your tickets through to Jungfraujoch. However since you are a family it may be cheaper for you to drive to Lauterbrunnen. I am not sure of the parking facilities for Lauterbrunnen station however.

You can also go a similar distance to the other end of the Lauterbrunnen valley (again, the bus works well for this) and go by cable car to the top of Schilthorn. These cable car rides themselves are quite spectacular (you change half way but there is no delay) especially if you haven’t done any before.
Visiting Schilthorn is much cheaper than Jungfraujoch and worth the views if you have a clear day. There is a James Bond section at no extra charge which includes some fun activities for children and a revolving restaurant which again, is very effective on a clear day. You can just relax and have a coffee there if you don’t want a meal.
The cable car journey is via the car less village of Murren which is very picturesque. You can stop off on your way back and walk through the village. Thete are some shops, restaurants and cafes also. From the other end of the village you can return by train to Lauterbrunnen which is quite a charming rail journey, although you will also experience similar if you go to Jungfraujoch.
