Jungfrau Unlimited Railways Pass – children free?

    Hi,

We have purchased a Swiss Half Fare card, and my understanding is that children under 6 travel for free with us if we have this card. However, the Jungfrau Unlimited Railways Pass seems to charge for children under 16, with no option to say you have a Half Fare Card.

Can you shed any light on this?

    Thanks

    Hi debflint,

Children under 16 travel along for free if the parents have a Swiss Half Fare Card with Swiss Family Card: myswissalps.com/ swisshalffarecard/ price.

The Jungfrau Railways Pass (I assume that’s the one you mean) also allows children under 16 to travel for free. They need to have a Junior travelcard (CHF 30), or Swiss Family Card: myswissalps.com/ jungfraurailwayspass/ price.
