Hi everyone, we are first time travelers. We plan to take Bernina Express from Milan to St Moritz via Tirano.
    Milan – Tirano 10:20 -12:50
    Tirano – St Moritz 14:22- 16: 50
I’m a bit concerned if 1 hour is enough to transit in Tirano. Is there any custom procedure to do at the station? Thank you very much.

Hi cyciliayu. Don’t worry, one hour is more than enough, especially if you already have a rail pass or ticket for the leeg Tirano-St. Moritz. But even if you still have to arrange for that in Tirano, you’ll be fine. There are no further custom procedures. Railway officials will ask for your travel documents and sometimes your passport in the train.
