    Hi

Can I ask where is the exact places to buy tickets from Lucerne to Vitnaz and after that to take the cogwheel to Rigi?
Can I also ask if the cogwheel journey is hop on and hop off?
Lastly, we have two luggages of size 26 cm by 75 cm by 30 cm, quite big. Can we squeeze these into a single large lockers at most train stations? I have asked this question to SBB but no reply…. Can anyone help me??

    Thanks in advance..

    Regards,
    Nicky

Hello Nicky. You can buy your tickets for Vitznau at the railway station of Lucerne, and your tickets for the Rigi once you’re in Vitznau (although they may be sold at the railway station of Lucerne too). The Rigi timetable can be found at the Rigi website. I’m not sure if you can get your two pieces of luggage in one locker. You’ll just have to find out and pay for two lockers if it doesn’t fit.

    Hi Annika, thank you!

Can I ask if the Swiss Fleix Saver Pass gives us half price for the boat from Lucerne to Vitznau and the cogwheel from Vitznau to Rigi Kulm? Also, is the cogwheel hop on hop off?

    Regards,
    Nicky

    Hi Nicky,

You don’t need to book in advance. The Swiss Saver Flexi Pass allows traveling at half the fare (or free on a free travel day). Just check the map on the Swiss Flexi Pass page for all the details.
