    Dear travelers,

A new train timetable will become effective as of December 13, 2015. There always is an annual timetable change in December. This one is worth mentioning because it is the biggest change since 2004.

North to south schedules will mostly be unaffected. East to west schedules will change. That’s mainly because of a new tunnel in Zurich that will be opened for long distance trains, and because of the start of the project “Léman 2030”, which should increase capacity of rail lines in the Geneva – Lausanne area.

The timetable currently only shows schedules until December 12, 2015. Schedules from December 13 should be available from October 21.
