With the Swiss Pass, two adults travelling together sounds like good value, but what if only one of us wants to go somewhere and the other does not? Can the card be used if only one person takes the train, bus, boat or whatever?

    Hello Urswil,

The Swiss Saver Pass is one ticket for two or more people travelling together. It is allowed though to use the pass for only a part of the group – or, in you case, for only one person. So it’s no problem if only one of you wants to travel. More information can be found on the Swiss Saver Pass page.

Please note that an interesting discount applies on the 8 day Swiss Saver Pass for US and Canadian travellers. The offer is valid until April 27th.

    Urswil
The Swiss Pass is only one coupon so if one of you is travelling without the other the other one cannot use it at the same time to go on a different trip.

That’s correct Dick, thanks for adding this. It’s possible for only one person or part of the group to use the Swiss Saver Pass, but the other one(s) can’t use it at the same time.

Please that the discount is valid for people traveling with their children only.
