We have booked online for 4 days swiss pass from 9th April, 2015 to 12th April, 2015 on 25th March, 2015. But the confirmation says your pass will be processed and sent to yr address in 2 to 3 weeks time before your date of swiss pass. When we paid for online booking why does it say so. In case, if they will send as they mentioned it would be too late and of no use. I am totally confused. Please guide.

I’m not sure where you ordered, but I guess it was swisstravelsystem.co.u k, right? Processing your order does not take 2 to 3 weeks. You may have seen a message that explained about when passes will be processed if people order well in advance. For example: if people order 4 months ahead of time, they will ship the passes 2 to 3 weeks before the departure date. In your case they should ship right away. Their free delivery option takes about 5 days. I would recommend to contact them though, to be 100% sure.
