    Hi Team

We are a group of 4 adults travelling to Switzerland from London 10/5/14. We have booked our hotels at Zurich for 2 nights and 3 nights in Zermatt. We have not buy our rail pass as we are comparing what pass should we get.
Please feel free to advise us on our itinenary and also provide us names of train station to station so that we are able to do our calculations. Below is a draft planning of our trip.
Day 1 (10/5/14): Arrive at Zurich Airport from London
Go to Rhine Fall and explore Old Town.
Day 2 (11/5/14): Travel from Zurich to Luzerne, Mount Titlus and/or Mount Pilatus, Andermatt, Chur
Day 3 (12/5/14): Travel to Zermatt for 3 nights and leaving for Florence on 16/5/14
What should we do for the 3 days in Zermatt?

    Thanks and Regards
    Priscilla

Hi Priscilla, welcome to the website!

Zermatt is located at the end of a valley and surrounded by mountains, so outdoor activities is what most people do there. Suggestions can be found on the Zermatt page. You can easily spend 3 days (or 2 weeks!) there.

If you fill out your trips in the timetable you’ll see traveling times and further details. More tips about planning are here.

Once you’re sure about your plans you can follow these instructions to find the cheapest rail pass. Right now a Swiss Flexi Pass seems a good option.

    Hotel suggestions are here.
