I am heading to Wengen in about 2 weeks to stay for 9 days. I’m looking to buy the 6-day Jungfrau Travel Pass, but booking online makes me put in a start date. I’m not sure which date I will begin using the 6 consecutive days the pass is valid for. This site (http://www.myswissalps.com/ jungfrautravelpass/ price) says that the pass can be purchased at rail stations in the region for the same price as the Swiss Railways webshop, but I cannot find this pass on that site.

I’m wondering:

1. Can the 6-day Jungfrau Travel Pass be purchased at the rail stations in Interlaken or Lauterbrunnen?

2. Any idea what the price would be?

3. Can I purchase online ahead of time without selecting a start date?

This pass is one of the few the Swiss Railways are not selling, so I understand why that text confused you. I will edit it. Thanks for letting us know. As for your questions:

1. Yes

2. The price for 3 days at myswissalps.com/jungfr autravelpass/price is correct (the bottom option). The 6-day pass costs CHF 255.

3. Yes, through http://www.acprail.com/rail-passes/jungfrau-passes. Apart from that, I think Viator (http://www.viator.com/tours/I nterlaken/3-6-Day-Jungfrau-Travel-Pass/d5011-6456VIP_PASS) may offer a flexible start date as well. They ask for a date, but that’s what they always do regardless of the product. The voucher you receive might be flexible, but you would have to ask them before ordering.
