Hi tyler10,
That promotion has not been planned for this year. Of course we’ll post it on our website in cases any changes may occur. It’s still an interesting pass though: this year, more free traveling is included, please see here.

Need your advise on this , in your opinion if we are planning on hiking for 7 days mostly in the Wengen/Murren area
and traveling from Zurich Airport by train and back do you think our best option for saving money would be the
Regional-Pass Bernese Oberland pass and just pay the fare to and from the airport ?
If we were to get the swiss pass only not sure we would save anything if we are going to stay in Wengen or Murren
not sure how many lifts there are and how much they cost , is there a list someplace with the cost of them ?
I do not know about anyone else but I find it confusing.
Any insight would be great.
thank you very much

Hi tyler10. An 8 day Regional-Pass would be a good option indeed. With a valid pass, large parts of your trips from and to Zurich Airport are for free to. You’d only need an additional ticket between Zurich and Bern or Lucerne (depending on the connection you pick). Most of your further trips, anywhere between Bern, Lucerne, Interlaken, Gstaad, Brig and Meiringen, will be for free. Mountain railways and cable cars are discounted by 50%; many fares are listed at the Jungfrau railways website and further ones can be found through these links. Does that help you out?
