My Kids Age 21,20,18,16,15,13,8 are traveling to CH without us parents. Can the older ones be looked as parents and still get the STS Family Card?

The Swiss Family Card requires the parents to travel along. The 16 – 21 year old kids can get a cheaper Swiss Travel Pass with youth discount, please see myswissalps.com/ swisstravelpass/ price.
