    Dear,
We (4 adults) will be in Switzerland for 5 days. We arrive at geneva in morning and leave from Basel in evening. We will be staying in interlaken.
Related to rail pass, i have question..appreciate any help.
After quite some research we found two option :
    > we take Swiss pass for 4 days(cost – 231 CHF pp) and extra ticket for travel from interlaken to basel airport. (the ticket cost us 62 CHF per person for 1st Jul, total 248 CHF)
    > Second option : swiss pass for 8 days (334 CHF pp), this gives us extra benefit that on last day our any boat trip or mountain ride will be free or discounted.

for our travel from interlaken to basel, is there any other alternative?

can you please suggest any other tip or pass option for our 5 days? I dont find any pass that is valid for 5 days.
    regards
    Chandan

    Hi Chandan,

    You can either:
    – consider the 5-day Swiss Saver Flexi Pass. Prices, details and purchase options can be found here.
    – use the 4-day Swiss Saver Pass and travel to Basel on the evening of the 4th day and stay in a hotel over there. That way you don’t have much traveling left the next day.

Are these options doable for you?

You’re welcome Chandan. The Swiss Flexi Pass is almost the same as the Swiss Pass. The main difference is that you can spread the days across a month, unlike the Swiss Pass where the travel days are consecutive. But you can use the days consecutive as well, so it would fit your needs. You may even be able to use the 4-day Swiss Saver Flexi Pass if you have an in between day with not that much traveling. For further details please see the link I gave you.
