Swiss Rail Pass Traveling on last day to Milan

    I am looking at Purchasing a 4 day Swiss travel Pass. on my last travel day I will be going to Milan. Will my pass be good for this leg of my trip?

    We are doing the same thing. I have been told that you just pay the amount from the Swiss Border to Milan.

    That’s exactly right harryj. The Swiss portion of the trip is covered by the Swiss Travel Pass, and you need a ticket for the Italian portion, which usually starts in Domodossola or Chiasso (see the map). Depending on where you buy the pass, the ticket can be ordered along with it.

    Will a Swiss Transfer Ticket work from Zurich Airport to Laturbrunnen then 5 days later to Doomossola.I am also looking at buying the Half off card with the Transfer Ticket.

    Yes, that works. The combination you’re looking for is the Swiss Transfer Ticket Combi. Points of sale can be found by selecting that product on this page and clicking “Show results”. Since you live in the US you can best buy it through either raileurope.com/transfe r-ticket-combi or raileurope-world.com/transfer-ticket-half-fare.
