I am planning on purchasing the Swiss Transfer Ticket to travel from Basel to Samnaun (and back again), but I notice that one section (Klosters to Sagliains) of one of the trains is not covered by the pass. Would I need to purchase that leg before I board the train? I also am not sure when I would be required to make reservations on any of the legs. Thanks.

    Dave

Hi Dave, welcome to the forum!

The section Klosters – Sagliains is covered by the Swiss Transfer Ticket. The map shows a dashed line because it is a tunnel, but I can assure you that there’s no extra fee. Seat reservations are not required for this trip.

    Enjoy your trip!
