Swiss Transfer Ticket – does it cover cable cars?

    I’m traveling to Murren. Does the swiss transfer ticket cover cable cars/lifts? for the same travel day?

    Hello swtdebs,

    The Swiss Transfer Ticket covers the routes leading to Mürren, both via the cable car from Stechelberg and via the train from Grütschalp/Lauterbrunnen. Further cable cars up from Mürren, e.g. towards the Schilthorn, are not included. Please refer to http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isstransferticket/vali dity for details.

    If you plan to make trips by public transportation on the days in between your inbound and outbound trip, you can look into the Swiss Transfer Ticket Combi.
