HELP!

I just ordered the Swiss Travel Pass through Swiss Railways with my travel to commence in Switzerland on May 19, 2016. I looked at their chart for shipping methods and used TNT Express because it said it would arrive in a matter of days from my purchase.

However, I then received a message from Swiss Railways that it should arrive 2 weeks before my departure date of May 19. The problem is that I will be entering Switzerland on May 19 from Italy. I’m leaving my residence in the U.S. for Italy on May 3.

I may very well not receive my Swiss Travel Pass before I leave home. How do I connect with them to make sure that they expedite this? The website doesn’t provide any method of contact.

The e-mail address mentioned by Elmin333 is correct, and full contact details can be found here. You can ask them to ship your passes earlier. It won’t be a problem; they get more requests like that. For the next time it might be good to know you can request for earlier delivery while you order, by filling out the Notes field.

This has been a learning experience for me. I haven’t traveled to Europe before so your forum has been particularly amazing.

Hi Vicki-

What are your plans for Switzerland. Tourist services may be somewhat limited in the high Alpine regions in mid-May…still the tail end of winter at high altitudes.
