I hope that some wise person can clarify something for me. We were in Switzerland (Wengen) in 2015 and are returning this summer. Previously we bought a Swiss Half Fare Combi, at least I think that was the name, which combined the Half Fare Card with the Transfer Ticket. For our visit this year we have decided to buy the Swiss Travel Pass which will suit our needs well. What I need to know is whether we can use this ticket for our journey from Zurich Airport to Wengen, and vice versa for our return journey, or will we still have to buy a Transfer Ticket?

Hi Fleurette,

Yes, the Swiss Travel Pass is valid on that route. Take a look here for where it is valid (virtually everywhere, with just a few routes where there is a discount instead).

There are links on the Swiss Travel Pass page on where to buy them as well.
