Can you tell me the best train routes to take from Interlaken to Varenna (Lake Como) in Italy? And are the Swiss pass acceptable in Italy? Thanks so much...

Hello roygoen, and welcome to the forum. The quickest routes can be found by filling out your trip in the Swiss timetable. The most obvious route runs via Spiez, Brig, Domodossola and Milan.
