    Hi there,

Just wanted to let you know that we used this forum last year to plan our trip (July/August). We used a 30 day Swiss Saver Pass and had no problems anywhere. We rented apartments, for one week each, in Habkern, Wengen, Cheyres, and Lugano (Bre) – all of the apts were comfortable and made the trip that much more enjoyable.
We escaped rainy days by travelling to Domodossola, Itay twice – where the sun was shining and the pizza was great.
The last two days of the trip we spent at a hotel near Zurich. This gave us the opportunity to use the Pass into the German city of Konstanz for a day trip.
Also, the accompanying Museum Pass allowed us entry into many places of interest. On one rainy day in Bern we visited three museums – the Einstein, Alpine, and Art Museums.

We are planning a late fall trip to Switzerland this year and we have a question about travel to Vaduz and Feldkirch. According to the map, it seems that both destinations are still possible. And having checked the SBB timetable it seems that connections to both places can be made thru Sargans or Buchs.
But are those two routes still covered by the Swiss Saver Pass?

Hi Jerry, and welcome back! Thanks for telling about your stay last summer. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed your trip and the Swiss Pass benefits. You must have seen a lot of the country, considering the resorts in several regions and your trips to Italy and Germany.

Now, as for traveling to Vaduz and Feldkirch using a Swiss Pass: yes, your interpretation of the timetable and the validity map is correct and these trips via Buchs/Sargans are covered by the Swiss Pass.

Enjoy preparing for your next trip! Switzerland in fall is beautiful as well.
