Visa validity?

    i already planned to stay in Swiss for 10 nights from 20th July to 30july n applied for visa and I got it till 02.08.2017..now am planning to extend my stay for 3 more days ..!!Can I start from Swiss on 02.08.2017..?? Or shud I start before 02.08.2017.?

    Hi drpsp,

    Is 02.08.2017 the start date or end date of your Visa? It should be valid for certain dates or for a certain period of time only (say 30 days for example).

    So does the Visa start 02.08.2017 and last for 14 or 30 days etc.? Or is 02.08.2017 the end date of the Visa?
    We can’t advise you without more information.

    You may want to contact the consulate or company you bought the Visa from to be sure.

    my visa period is from 20.07.17 to 02.08.2017

    visa valid for -14 days

    can I return on 02.08.17..??

    Ok, so you would have to leave Switzerland by 02.08.17 according to that information.
