You can expect warm but unpredictable. July 2014 was very wet, one of the wettest summers in memory, but it is not cold in Interlaken in July. Summer 2015 was more mild or hot with much less rain. Interlaken will most likely have mild or even hot summer shirtsleeves weather. Jungfraujoch can be cold with the wind but most of the time you can be indoors. A light jacket is all I have ever needed for July visits to Jungfraujoch or Schilthorn or during evening hours in the higher elevation villages.

The temperatures are extremely dependent on altitude.
Sun vs. clouds can add to that effect, or subtract.
In the Jungfrau region you could search for annual average temperatures at Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, and Jungfraujoch. If you add Kleine Scheidegg, you get an altitude that is high but not up at the Jungfraujoch.
Indoors is different, obviously, which as noted is relevant to the Jungfrau.
