The hike between Lauterbrunnen and Stechelberg is not difficult at all. This is a good route to enjoy peace and quiet. It can be interrupted with a visit to the Trümmelbachfälle at the opposite side of the valley. You will pass some beautiful waterfalls among which the well-known Staubbachfall just outside Lauterbrunnen. You have a continuous view of the striking Breithorn at the end of the valley. Just before Stechelberg, you will pass a gondola that can take you up to Mürren. If you end your hike here, it can be combined well with the hike Mürren – Grütschalp.
