I’ll be in Lucerne the next 3 days (June 12, 13, 14). The forecast calls for rain all three days. My plan was to do Mt Rigi, Mt Titlis, and Interlaken on those three days. I don’t mind getting wet, but I’m not sure if any of these 3 trips are worth it in the rain. Any advice would be appreciated.

Don’t trust the forecasts.
Check the newspapers and the TV on SF1, early in the AM. Unless the forecasts are really awful, expect some sun mixed with the clouds.
If any rain is expected- even the skightest – for accuracy they must forecast it. But, it does not have to cover a large area.
Also, check with the tourist info at beside track 1 in Luzern main tsation.
Weather in Switzerland changes frequently, rapidly, and varies over very small areas.
If it is really really awful, consider a trip to the Rhone Valley, which is very dry, often not cloudy when the rest of Switzerland is awful.

Here is an update on our trip after the first day. We went to Mt Rigi in spite of the rain. It was clear up to Kaltbad and foggy beyond that. The boat ride was nice, though not as scenic as it would have been on a clear day. The cog railway up to Kaltbad had very nice scenic views. Once we got past Kaltbad, it was too foggy to see anything. We took the tram down from Kaltbad and it was very nice because we got below the fog. Overall, it was worth the trip, though not as nice as if it had been clear. The views up to Kaltbad were impressive.
Any suggestions for the next 2 days would be appreciated. It is worth going to Titlis if it is raining?

Don’t know.
The Rhone Valley is often dry when the rest of Switzerland is wet.
Check the weather for Brig, and for the Jungfrau region near Interlaken.
It is a quite long and quite scenic ride, but you could go Luzern-Meiringen – Interlaken – Spiez – Kandersteg – Brig. Walk around Brig a little bit. – Return.
Or, just go to the Jungfrau region….up to Kleine Scheidegg perhaps.
Here are two options in the attached screen shots. The one via Bern has only one scenic train ride, the other has two scenic stretches.
For that matter, Bern is better on a sunny day, but the old city has dry walkng under the arcades.

Glad to hear you still enjoyed the day. As for Titlis: if it rains in the valley it will snow up there. That might be a nice experience, but an expensive one. Visibility will most likely be zero. And snow activities may not be possible for safety reasons. I would stay down and do a trip like Slowpoke suggested, or visit a museum. The transport museum is very nice, and so is the glass factory in Hergiswil:
