    Hi Sam,

    You could do a boat ride on Lake Thun for example. Activities are listed here, so please have a look what suits you best: myswissalps.com/ interlaken/ activities.

    HI samvtm –

    You could also consider a trip to Bern, which is a nice city for a day trip. Easy to each from Interlaken.

    Depends a lot on what your interests are, other than avoiding mountains. 😉
