Spam

We've taken all reasonable precautions to make sure our e-mail will not be perceived as spam. MySwissAlps will only send e-mail on your request. Your account allows you to specify whether you would like to receive e-mail from us, such as our newsletters and forum digest e-mails. If you opt out of these e-mails, you will only receive the most important messages, e.g. regarding your account with us.

Do you not receive our e-mails?

If you do not receive our e-mails, this is usually caused by either a spam filter of your e-mail provider or on your computer. These filters try to automatically detect spam messages. They occasionally also mark legitimate e-mail as spam. This e-mail will either be stored in a special folder (called "spam", "junk mail" or something similar) or blocked completely by your e-mail provider so it will never reach you.

In order to prevent this, you can add our domain "myswissalps.com" to the list of safe senders which is available in most spam filters. Further questions can best be directed to your e-mail provider. Of course, you are welcome to contact us as well.
