Can I change or cancel the order of my Swiss rail pass?

You're able to cancel or change your order as long as your rail pass has not been used yet. Usually, a cancellation fee of about 15% of the pass price needs to be paid. Different rules apply to partly used passes. Please contact your reseller for more information.
