Hi Sporty56 and welcome to MySwissAlps!
Is your accommodation set? Is that the order of travel between cities? You can see the scenic train options here.
You can take the Golden Pass train route to Montreux (from Luzern or Interlaken) or vice versa depending on your itinerary & if you move Zermatt to the end of your trip you can include the Glacier Express to St. Moritz before going to Austria.
It is a little tricky to get Lugano in there (nicely anyway). Perhaps from Grindelwald you can go to Lugano from Flüelen on the Gotthard Panoramic Express, then train to Andermatt to take part of the Glacier Express to Zermatt. Then to Montreux and then the Golden Pass to Luzern before heading to Austria.
A lot of options if you play around. You can use the Swiss railways (SBB) timetable to plan all trips between towns and/or mountains to see what works best for you.
You shouldn’t find it too busy at that time of year. Reservations are only needed on the Scenic trains (except the Golden Pass route).
For ideas on what to do in each region look here.

Before we make suggestions, it would be helpful to know what your interests are. Are you interested more in mountain hikes? If so how difficult or how far are you comfortable doing. Would you prefer less hiking and just ride cable cars and trains to view points? Or are you more interested in just exploring Swiss towns and scenic train rides? Mark

Light hiking, cable cars, scenic trains, biking, mountains and lakes that should do it. Hotels are set for Grindelwald, Montreux, Zermatt and Lugano. Interested in what to do and see in those areas. Thank you for all your help.
