3 days around Interlaken and Luzern

I am staying 1 day in grindelwald and 2 days in Luzern.

What things I can cover in these 3 days.

1. I was planning to cover either of Mt Jungfrau and Mt Titlis? Can I skip any one of them?

2. What are the activities I can do in Grindelwald?

I will be there from 19th Sep to 22 Sep.
