1. Itinerary
  
  12 – 14 Jun (3 nights at St. Moritz or Tirano)
  
  Plans:
  - 1^st day, roam around St. Moritz and rest.
  - 2^nd day, Bernina Express train from Chur to Tirano
  - Day trip to Milan, is it possible? (**optional)
  - 3^rd day, Glacier Express train to Zermatt. (should I take from Chur or St. Moritz? )
  - Should I stay at St. Moritz or Tirano. Which will you recommend?
  15 – 17 Jun (3 nights at Zermatt or Montreux)
  
  Plans:
  - Visit Kleines Matterhorn and take Gornergrat railway
  - If stay at Zermatt, day-trip to Montreux possible?
  - If stay at Zermatt, day-trip to Lausanne possible?
  18 Jun – 24 Jul (7 nights at Wengen)
  
  Plans:
  - Lauterbrunnen valley + other waterfalls (Staubbach fall / Trummelbach fall etc)
  - Mt. Jungfraujoch / Mt. Kleine Scheidegg / Mt. Eiger / Mannlichen
  - Murren / Grindelwald
  - Mt. Harder Kulm
  - Schilthorn and Piz Gloria
  - Schynige Pilate
  - Lake Thun
  - Lake Brienz
  - Bernese Oberland
  25 Jun – 29 Jun (5 nights at Lucerne)
  - Mt. Rigi
  - Mt. Pilatus
  - Mt. Engelberg Titlis
  - Chapel bridge
  - Old town / Lion Monument
  - Lake Lucerne
  - Glacier Garden
  30 Jun – 2 Jul (3 nights at Zurich)
  
  Plans:
  - Rhine falls
  - Schaffhausen
  - Laufen castle
  3^rd Jul – Depart Zurich at 11:45am
2. Can anyone advise me if the above itineraries and stays duration is rational?
  
  – Is the route feasible?
  
  – Any recommendation and feedback are welcome.
3. Are we allow to bring in dry food from our country (Singapore) to Switzerland?
  
  Example: rolled oatmeal, instant noodles, biscuits; milo/tea bags, bread so that we can have it for our night supper?
4. SWISS TRAVEL FLEX PASS
  
  – 15 days X 1 (adult)
  
  – 15 days X 1 (youth)
  
  – As I will be in Switzerland for 22days, may I know should I get additional Swiss travel pass or any good advice?
  
  – 3 days pass for Jungfrau Travel pass is necessary for unlimited visitation?
  
  – If I have Jungfrau travel pass, can I use the Swiss Travel Pass for other days or both need to be used concurrently?
5. Should I visit Vevey or Geneva?
6. Remark:
  
  We are just two ladies on this trip now (another two friends are to be confirmed).
  
  Hence, we will like to minimize the change of many hotels due to heavy luggage and time consuming for check-in and check-out.
  
  Nevertheless, kindly let me hear your viewpoint if it is necessary to change the base for better chances of seeing the best of Switzerland.

It’s wonderful you get to spend 3 weeks exploring Switzerland in June.

Here is my feedback after a quick look at your itinerary.

1. Zurich – St. Moritz – Tirano – Milan – St Moritz . Zermatt

Your first leg of the trip is rather ambitious but not impossible. Assuming you are flying in from Singapore, the trip to St Moritz from Zurich will add another 4 hours to your journey time on Day 1. Logically, I would spend the night in St Moritz then take the Bernina Express to Tirano the next day. The journey from St Moritz to Tirano will take you about 2.5 hours. In Tirano it’s a short walk to the Trenord station where you can take the train to Milan and that will take you another 2.5 hours one way. So 10 hours in total on the train if you want to travel all the way back to St Moritz on the same day, to catch the Glacier Express to Zermatt the next day. Personally, I would not do the Glacier Express and Bernina Express back-to-back because you would be spending your time too long on a train. Instead I would just take the Glacier Express to Zermatt after 1 night in St Moritz. Save the Bernina Express for later, after all you have 3 weeks!

2. Zermatt or Montreux?

1 night in Zermatt is adequate for most travellers. But if you plan to visit the Klein Matterhorn and Gornergrat separately, then maybe 2 nights is ideal. It would take you about 2.5 hours to get to Montreux from Zermatt. Instead of doing day trips, I would recommend you to spend a few days in Montreux and explore the Swiss Riviera. You could visit the UNIESCO-listed vineyards and stroll along the lake and visit the Chillon castle, just to name a few. Additionally, you could easily do trips to Vevey and Geneva. Then to continue your journey, from Montreux you can take the the Golden Pass Line to Wengen via Zweisimmen and Interlaken. That route is quite scenic and should not be missed.

3. The rest of your itinerary – 7 nights in Wengen, 5 nights in Lucerne & 3 nights in Zurich – is doable. Wengen is a good base to explore the Jungfrau region. Lucerne and Zurich are ideal as both have great transport links to the various Swiss regions and would provide you with much flexibility to organise day trips anywhere, if you wish. You may want to squeeze in the Bernina Express trip during this period. Please refer to the Bernina Express link above.

I think dry food for personal consumption is allowed.
