4 days in Switzerland from Vienna to Geneva

We are looking to travel from Vienna to Geneva by rail in June but rather than travel direct, we would like to spend about 4 days travelling through Switzerland to see some beautiful scenery. Does anyone have good recommendations for a route and what to see? We love mountains and lakes, but due to ill health will not be able to go hiking (light walking will be fine). We haven't yet booked anything.
