Combining Titlis (https://www.myswissalps.com/titlis) and the Swiss Museum of Transport (https://www.myswissalps.com/museumoftransport) in one day can be done. I advise you to leave early, as it takes about 1h20 to reach the top of Titlis from Lucerne. You’ll want to spend some time up there before heading back for Lucerne. An alternative would be to visit Pilatus (https://www.myswissalps.com/pilatus) instead of Titlis. Pilatus is closer to Lucerne, so you’d save some traveling time.

Rigi (https://www.myswissalps.com/rigi) and the Rhine Falls (https://www.myswissalps.com/rhinefalls) in one day would be a bit too much for me personally. Rigi in itself can be a great day trip from Lucerne, as there are lots of ways to get there and you can make a wonderful round trip by train, bus, boat, cogwheel train and/or cable car: https://www.myswissalps.com/rigi/gettingthere. A single trip Lucerne-Schaffhausen (for the Rhine Falls: https://www.myswissalps.com/rhinefalls/gettingthere) takes 1h35. The Rhine Falls are certainly beautiful, but I think your day would get quite rushed this way.
