7 day itinerary in Sept – which Swiss rail pass?

At the moment, traveling by the Centovali Railway is possible, but I am not sure how it will be in September. You’ll find information about the Centovalli Railway at http://www.myswissalps.com/centovalli.

The route from Zermatt to Bern via the Lötschberg Base Tunnel is not that scenic, if you have more time I recommend you the Zermatt – Brig, Kandersteg – Bern route: https://www.myswissalps.com/lotschberger.

Seat reservation is obligatory at the Gotthard Panorama Express AND you also need to have 1st class ticket or rail pass. If you have a 2. class rail pass, you can buy an upgrade ticket for this trip: http://www.myswissalps.com/gotthardpanoramaexpress/tickets.
